Located in Minnetonka, Minnesota, our private studio is family-based and dog-friendly. It overlooks a peaceful stretch of Lake Minnetonka, with miles of quiet trails for post-session walks or reflective moments.
We offer a portable gym floor, professional equipment, and sanitized tools after every use—so you can train safely, privately, and purposefully.
PERSONAL TRAINING
No matter your starting point, your training will be customized, strategic, and built around results. We’ll set S.M.A.R.T. goals—Specific, Measurable, Attractive, Realistic, and Timely—and stick to them through consistent feedback and accountability.
Whether you're training virtually or in person, every session is rooted in real-life application and sustainable progress. The real transformation happens in the 23 hours outside the gym—so our work always starts with understanding your habits, your schedule, and your lifestyle.
